John and Lesley’s Butchery and Farm Shop can be found at The Cholmeley Arms in Burton-le-Coggles. As much a Village Shop as a Farm Shop, they stock fresh meat, fresh bread, vegetables and dairy produce, as well as everyday essentials such as tea and coffee, along with cereals, wine, etc. The Farm Shop is open whenever the Pub is. If there is no-one in the Shop when you visit, just pop down to the Pub and someone will be glad to come and help you. For more information email firstname.lastname@example.org or ring on 01476 550 225.
The Cholmeley Arms is an Award Winning Country Pub set in an acre of grounds in the centre of the pretty Conservation Area Village of Burton-le-Coggles, between Stamford and Grantham in South Lincolnshire only a few miles off the A1, and our four en-suite bedrooms were completed in 2014. The pub is an ideal stopping off point for those travelling up and down the country, or the perfect place to stay if you’re exploring the local area.
The Cholmeley Arms has been run by John and Lesley Berry since 2009, and they have brought this lovely old Pub back to life, with a combination of great food at a good price, comfortable rooms, a friendly team and a welcoming atmosphere. The pub was Regional Champion in the 2011 Countryside Alliance Awards, in the Enterprise section, and was Highly Commended in the Final Awards.
